Blyth Sports Centre first opened in 1967 as a 'swimming baths' and has expanded and developed over the years into a superb multi-use centre.  Recently, the centre has had a £2 million extensive refurbishment which has resulted in a greatly improved facility providing better access and increased flexibility. The swimming pool now has improved changing room access, a changing village and school change area. Skate park users will love the youth drop in facility, which includes snack machines and toilet facilities.
