When I am done editing a piece I put it in "to-do" column.

Editor starts working on that piece he moves it to "doing", then "ready to implement", and then, it's your turn again.

Review the piece and then either post it online or put in the repurposing queue.

If you also do multiple languages you should ask your editors/translators to change their avatars to the flags of their language. It will save many mistakes.
