MERKEZ – Production of HALAL meat and meat products –

MERKEZ Company Ltd. is the first private producer in Bulgaria of meat products free of
pork and impurities in them.
The company’s products are produced by HALAL meat on special recipes.
Merkez Ltd. is located in Gotse Delchev.
The company’s activity began in 1998, but the partners associated with this business
since 1996, when registrations begin, construction, equipment and more.
For a period of twenty years Merkez Ltd. managed to establish itself on the Bulgarian market
as a leader in the production of meat products and sausages without pork and impurities,
which was necessary for people who do not consume pork products.
In 2006 the company moved production to a newly equipped machines by European
standards, a factory with a capacity of processing 15 tons per day located on an area of over
2000 square meters.
In 2014, development of the company MERKEZ continued with the newly built plant, which
the company already has its own slaughterhouse and cutting plant for red and white
meats. The new factory is equipped with most modern and sophisticated machinery and
equipment, located on 2400 square meters and is associated with meat processing enterprise
of MERKEZ, the capacity to slaughter 50 pcs. cattle or 400 pcs. small cattle per day. Today in
our enterprises employ are over 70 people professionals.
