CENTRUM ROZVOJE STROJÍRENSKÉHO VÝZKUMU

The acvity of the professional measuring workplace is focused on research in the field of measurement, analysis of noise and vibraon of machinery and equipment. The used measuring technology enables mulchannel measurements of dynamic variables and their evaluaon in the me and frequency domains in real me or in subsequent signal processing. Noise and vibraon measurements can be supplemented by measuring other physical quanes. Special acousc spaces are available for accurate measurements.

Based on these measurements, measures to reduce noise and vibraons are proposed. When solving the problems, correlaon of noise and vibraons and their relaonship to the modal and dynamic properes of the system are being analyzed.

MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF NOISE

Sound pressure level measurements

Sound intensity measurements

Sound power measurements

Measurements of material parameters (absorpon, sound insulaon)

Noise frequency analysis (FFT, 1/n‐octave)

Mapping of noise fields using microphone arrays (acousc holography, beam forming)

Graphical display of the sound field around an object

Idenficaon of the main noise sources, determinaon of paral acousc performances

Cooperaon to reduce the noise of machinery

MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF VIBRATIONS

Measuring overall vibraon values

Measurement of me histories and angular vibraon waveforms (dependence on rotaon of a mechanism, e.g. main sha of a machine)

Frequency and order analysis

Measurements of transients on a machine

Measurements of the transmission and aenuaon characteriscs of oscillang systems

Experimental modal analysis(Natural frequency, natural wave shapes, damping)

Measurements of operaonal wave shapes (machine vibraon animaon in steady or transient state)

Electromechanical excitaon of bodies and mechanisms using controlled vibrators

Cooperaon in reducing the vibraon of machinery, design and implementaon of vibraon isolang elements

Vibrodiagnoscs
