Begin using online forms by going to the Hemet Unified School District website. Click on “Staff” and then on the “School Stream” link Under Financial Services.

Or go to https://husd.astihosted.com/welcome.ssp

Select Login from the upper right hand corner of the screen

Enter your Username and Password

User Name: Enter your employee number

Password: Enter your employee number again

NOTE: Omit the zero if your employee number begins with zero.

For example: 001234, would be entered as 1234

Go to My Account to change password and check email address.

It is necessary for you to change your email if you see the following email address: Schoolstream@hemetusd.k12.ca.us Change this to your work email or a personal email address; if you do not have an email address you may request an HUSD email address through your supervisor.

Your name will appear in the fields shown above.

In this next pop up window, you can edit your account information.

Note: Your legal name will appear - Please Do Not Alter.

You are now ready to begin using School Stream online forms for Hemet Unified School District.

Once you click Close on the above screen, this will take you back to your home page.

“Forms” will give you the list of forms that are available online in School Stream.

“My Forms” will show you forms that you have previously submitted.

You will see an alphabetical list of all forms, some of which may not pertain to all employees. This list can be filtered and simplified to only the forms that you will need.

Click on the arrow in the tool bar to view the drop down list.

Next, Click on “All Employees (Form Users)

Your list has now been reduced to six forms.

Forms that are available for All Users are:

1. Certificated Employee Leave Request 2. Change of Address and/or Telephone Number 3. Classified Employee Leave Request 4. Deferred Pay Plan Form 5. Direct Deposit 6. Mileage Expense Claim

Some forms will have required fields shown by “*”, others require that you scan and attach back up documentation. Scanning:

If you are in the middle of your form, scroll to the bottom and click on “Save.” This will allow you to safely exit your online form and without losing the information that you have entered so far.

Next you must scan your document and save it to a file. Make note of where you saved your file. (For example, C:My Documents)

Return to your online form and CLICK on the link to upload your file.

A pop up window will appear that allows you to search for your saved file of your scanned document.

Click on Browse

A window will open up that allows you to locate the file saved on your computer.

Due to different settings on different scanners, some files may be too large to upload, and the scanner settings may need to be adjusted. The maximum file upload size is 512KB.

How to check file size;

Run your mouse over the PDF Icon of your scanned file and a box will pop up with the file information. The below example shows a file size of 164KB.

If you do not have a scanner or have any other concerns regarding scanning and attaching, please seek assistance from your site’s Office Manager or Dept. Secretary.

Specific questions regarding the content of the submitted form should go to the person you would normally ask, had you submitted an actual paper form.

Please Note:

When you click on Save, your form will not progress through the approval process. This is only so that you can save what you have started, exit the form, and return to it later.

To Submit a form:

Select your site’s Office Manager or Dept. Secretary Click on Submit

Your form will now progress through the approval process
