Dapat menerapkan ilmu-ilmu yang didapat untuk digunakan di luar kampusDalam kehidupan sehari-hari pasti banyak

contohnya untuk menerapkan segala sesuatunya. Dalam hal ini contohnya adalah pada saat ada pelanggan di toko tempat papa saya bekerja, apakah saya dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik atau tidak agar dapat menarik pelanggan tersebut dalam supply chain saya.

perusahaan agar dapat dipanggil untuk diwawancarai. Berhasil tidaknya masuk ke perusahaan tersebut tidaklah penting, yang diukur adalah pengalaman untuk diwawancarai agar kita selalu siap menghadapi situasi macam tersebut.

Coaching Style (S2)While in this style, a leader usually let the

employees work themselves by having them being told what to do and what not to do.

Participating Style (S3)This style is really up to the employees

themselvesBecause even when the leader already warn

them , they could still disobey what the leader has told them

Delegating Style (S4)A leader usually trusts people about what

they are about to doAnd when the leader is like that, he is

delegating as a leader
