Pin up rooms are glazed to allow for transparency of work and ideas. These critique spaces occupy the ends of the studio volumes, and act as “lanterns” when illuminated at night.

The prime axis of the design is an irrigation canal that brings water from a rainwater retention pond at the high end of the site down to the crops. From this main canal, smaller canals radiate out, dividing up the fields for growing. The existing barn has

been preserved for the heritage of the site and is reused for farming activities. and is reused for farming activities.
