on needs of libraries and archives• Follow an agile, open source development model• Leverage existing technologies, where feasible• Communicate and market the project broadly to increase

awareness and grow the community of users and developers

Meeting Objectives

1. Gain feedback on development priorities– Especially requirements for pilot or implementation

2. Help determine integration with and product positioning relative to other systems– Includes understanding how Avalon and WGBH HydraDAM

intersect

3. Start to figure out how to seek and integrate resource commitments and code contributions from beyond IU and NU

4. Begin discussion of post-grant governance and sustainability
