I. Leadership opportunities

Each year we organize special events in order to promote
the recruitment (Change Provider, Build your Career, One
Week University, etc. ).
“Toamna se numara boboci” or even better autumn is
when we count our new members. If you want to
coordinate the project that will bring new and enthusiastic
members in AIESEC this is the project for you.
Middle Management (October-December)
OCP Be a Volunteer (October-May) (October-April)
OCP Grow Spring (November-April)
Each department will have 3 or 4 team leader positions
open for members who want to learn more on the area
and want to experience a team leader position.
The project will bring international volunteer that will develop activities with the main purpose of creating awareness regarding volunteering opportunities in Cluj-Napoca together with other young people (most probably from other NGOs)
The project is done in partnership with Şcoala de Valori and consists of internationals who hold trainings on personal development, time management, etc., following an already established school curriculum.

Romania Youth Leadership Forum is the biggest youth conference from Romania and the biggest on the topic of leadership. AIESEC Romania will celebrate 21 years of leadership and will organize the biggest event of the autumn in Romania. 500 talented young people gathered to develop their leadership skills and knowledge interacting with social and business leaders.
The project is done in partnership with Şcoala de Valori and consists of internationals who hold trainings on personal development, time management, etc., following an already established school curriculum.

Job/Task Description 1 Before workshops at schools each trainee is obliged to attend Incoming Preparation Seminary. Trainee will gain knowledge on how to conduct workshops at schools and work with students and will develop autopresentation and training skills and get information about workshops content. Trainee will take part in Global Village during preparation conference and should be prepared for this event through bringing traditional clothes, food and beverages, brochures, gadgets as well as presentation about the country and any other useful materials Job/Task Description 2 Trainees in group of 3 will be conducting workshops at Polish schools in for 25 students from Monday to Friday. In each school trainee will spend one week.

Job/Task Description 3 The topic of workshops “Creative Education” is about developing interests of students - culture, world issues, dancing etc. The schedule of workshops will be provided before starting the internship. Job/Task Description 4 Trainee should prepare extra activities for students for example games, competitions, sports activities. Trainee should take part in additional activities and events included in the project. Job/Task Description 5 At the end of workshops in each school trainee is responsible for organizing Global Village (traditional clothes, food and beverages, brochures, quiz, etc)

Job/Task Description 3 The intern will lead workshops about issues: Social Responsibility, Environment issues, Entrepreneurship, Humans Right and Multiculturalism.
