QUICK AND TO THE POINT: Mobile users want to get information swiftly. Prioritize the content and activities that mobile job seekers need most.

SIMPLE NAVIGATION: Minimize the number of links and be ‘fat thumb’ friendly. Large, centered buttons with plenty of room around them helps reduce accidental clicks.

EASY READING: No one wants to squint or strain to read. Make sure your site can be read without pinching or zooming and use contrast between the background and text JOBS, JOBS, JOBS: Expose your opportunities in an easy to browse, career-specific and local-friendly manner. No one wants to scroll through 100 jobs on their phone.

STAY BRANDED: While space is limited, the small screen still has plenty of room for branding. Mobile doesn’t have to be generic – use it to extend your brand identity.
