You Should Feel Proud That You Care

Dear Road Runner,

First off, you deserve a heartfelt thank you

for caring about the kids of Athletes Helping

Athletes! Like my wife Fiona and I, you can

understand how sports are powerful vehicles

for changing the world.

Now, think about what it means to introduce

a disabled child to a handcycle and you’ll see

how you can really change someone’s world.

It’s amazing! I’ve seen it many times!

We were inspired to create AHA when we saw that

most charities can’t cover the full cost of these

pricy bikes—they can run upwards of $4,500!

That’s just out of reach for so many families!

Because of generous donations from people

just like you, AHA has provided more than 703 handcycles to deserving children all around the U.S. over the past 13 years.

Your open hearts have allowed us to never turn

away a family in-need, and that’s just awesome!!

Together, we are changing lives and making a

difference. It all starts with helping children with

disabilities Go Fast with their family and friends,

so they can break free and Just Be a Kid!

Please give today!

Sincerely,

Mike G.

Chief Runner/Owner of Road Runner Sports
