What Doesn’t Use Service Credits

Subscription Plans

• Plans must be renewed on an annual basis

• Technical support is included as part of the subscription

• Service credits are consumed when you use certain

services in Esri's cloud, such as geocoding, spatial

analysis, or hosted feature or tile services

• Add more named users to your subscription at any time.

Additional named users are available in 5-packs. (Or you

move can up to the next subscription level)

• Add additional service credits to your subscription at any

time. Additional credits can be purchased in blocks of

1,000 for $100 ($0.10 per credit)

• Credits added to your subscription are good for two years

while your subscription is active.
