KEVICC Art Tuscany Trip 2012At our meeting in January I went through the attached itinerary and made the following points:

• The balance for the trip is now due. If you are paying by monthly instalments, the last payment must be made by March.

• Spending money “needed” is apx £40 (in Euros) to cover lunches and meals during “travel” (i.e breakfast on day 1 and an evening meal on day 6)

• Students will need to bring a sleeping bag and mat. Please see Mr Wightman if you do not have one

• Parents need to arrange collection of students from Bristol airport on the night of our return.

• There will be an exhibition of the artwork produced at the Ariel Centre Gallery in the winter term.

• All students present completed a “Student Details” sheet that will need to be completed by anyone unable to attend

Tuesday 17th

• Meet at KEVICC at 3.00am• Depart Bristol at 7.00am (Easyjet 6189)• Visit San Gimignano on route to

Accomodation • Arrive at Mileno Di Soffo, Paganico apx

Wednesday 18th July

• Depart early for Day Trip to Siena• Arrive back in time for evening meal

Thursday 19th July

• A day of drawing in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

• Picnic lunch • Shared evening meal

Friday 20th July

• Day trip to Florence• Very early morning departure • Get back late

Saturday 21st July

• Painting in the local countryside• Picnic Lunch• Shared evening meal

Sunday 22nd July

• Early morning departure for “road trip” day• Visits to include Montalcino, Sant Antino and

Pienza

Monday 23rd July

• Morning of packing/sorting/finishing paintings• Excursion to see leaning tower of pisa and

take stupid photos• Depart Pisa on flight 6190 (arriving at 23.10)
