To foster a clear state of mind, you should plan on taking a 20-minute break for every two hours of work or study.

2. Mental Movies Some psychologists and scientists believe the best way to take a

break for 20 minutes is to promote active rest with 20 minutes of imagining you are in a place of peace and rest.

Announce your intention, such as “I’m going to Hawaii” or “I’m taking a vacation” first.
