Surrealism• Surrealism is a percullier type of art it is very dream like. It started of in

the 1920s as a cultural movement. Artists like Salvador Dali and Rene Magritte are commonly related to Surrealism as they were very famous artists. Surrealist works feature the element of surprise, unexpected, strange and percullier ; however, many Surrealist artists and writers regard their work as an expression of an image in their head and translates it through their art work

Distortion• Any change made by an artist in the size, position, or general character of

forms based on visual perception, when those forms are organized into a pictoral image. Frequently artists use distortion or abstraction to convey feelings and a particular mood, because often things can be expressed more successfully in forms that are personalized, rather than through the use of realism. Ironically, by taking a reality and changing it, artists are often able to create things that seem more real, due largely in part because of the expressiveness allowed in distortion or abstraction. Distortion is a change of a reality's depiction, altering it in a way that one is able to still recognize the item itself, but notices it is changed in some manner.

Pottery• Pottery is made by forming a clay body into objects of a required shape

and heating them to high temperatures in a kiln which removes all the water from the clay, which induces reactions that lead to permanent changes including increasing their strength and hardening and setting their shape. A clay body can be decorated before or after firing.

Mosaic• Mosaic is the art of creating images with an assemblage of small pieces of

coloured glass, stone, or other materials. It is a technique of decorative art Most mosaics are made of small, flat, roughly square, pieces of stone or glass of different colours, but some, especially floor mosaics, may also be made of small rounded pieces of stone.

Photography• Photography is the science, art and practice of creating images that is too

a standard that is classed as good. Photographers use very good cameras to capture images that will stun other people. They can also be used as decorative. Typically, a lens is used to focus the light reflected or emitted from objects into a real image on the light-sensitive surface inside a camera during a timed exposure.
