The proposal to the management and residential space of the existing welfare facilities in Singapore

The aim of this study is to propose the state of new welfare facilities through various examples to the management organization of facilities, and a residential area to the psychiatry nursing home built newly. The analysis focused on the urban factor, climatic factor and social factor related to common space planning for welfare facilities.
