Please note that BIDs were distributed outside the Port of Durban although the all 100m properties

occur within the Port and are owned by Transnet. If possible, a signature was obtained as proof of

notification. However, if necessary a photograph showing the BID at the property was taken. The

register is provided below followed by the photographs taken.
