CENTRE FOR PUBLIC LAW

ALTERNATIVE JUDGEMENT WRITING COMPETITION CPL invites students to write alternative judgements of decided cases of Supreme Court or High Court. The judgement in its format shall include Research (citations, opinions of various Jurists), Reasoning, inter alia. Research relied on by the participant may go beyond what is already mentioned in the judgement. It by no means can exceed the length of the judgement being referred.
