In New York Environmental Easements are required for remedial projects. As part of an Environmental Easement package a survey map is required. An ALTA/ACSM (American Land Title Association/American Congress on Surveying and Mapping) Land and Title Survey will satisfy the survey requirements. The below attachments must be included as part of the submission to the Department for an Environmental Easement.
