Plaza Inn, formerly known as a famous 3 star hotel cum shopping center situated next to

Hang Tuah Bridge and opposite of the once famous Cathay cinema. The first bowling

centre was located on the 1st floor of the 9th storey building.

Plaza Inn was constructed in the early 1980s and ceased operations in 1992 after which it

was left abandoned.

BEST WESTERN International Hotels Malaysia Sdn Bhd was given the responsibility by

Wana Properties Sdn Bhd to revive and manage the 3 stars hotel with 170 rooms.
