The Challenge Pivot proposed an amended design for foundations, walls, slabs, parapets and all related MEP works, for 400 villas to enable pre-cast construction in order to compress the schedule.

U-values were calculated during the re-design of the pre-cast envelope to ensure that the energy conservation designed by the Consultant to achieve 2 Pearls was retained.

30% reduction in annual water consumption

25% reduction in annual energy consumption

80% of hot water is generated by solar system

20% of materials were sourced within 500km of the site

60% of construction waste was recycled
