2.1 Introduzione al presente manuale

2. SICUREZZA Il presente manuale di installazione rivolto esclusivamente a personale professionalmente competente.Linstallazione, i collegamenti elettrici e le regolazioni devono essere effettuati da personale qualificato nellosservanza della Buona Tecnica e in ottemperanza alle norme vigenti.Una errata installazione pu essere fonte di pericolo. I materiali dellimballaggio (plastica, polistirolo, ecc.) non vanno dispersi nellambiente e non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo. Prima di iniziare linstallazione verificare lintegrit del prodotto. Non installare il prodotto in ambiente e atmosfera esplosivi: presenza di gas o fumi infiammabili costituiscono un grave pericolo per la sicurezza. Prima di installare la motorizzazione, apportare tutte le modifiche strutturali relative alla realizzazione dei franchi di sicurezza ed alla protezione o segregazione di tutte le zone di schiacciamento, cesoiamento, convogliamento e di pericolo in genere. Verificare che la struttura esistente abbia i necessari requisiti di robustezza e stabilit. Il costruttore della motorizzazione non responsabile dellinosservanza della Buona Tecnica nella costruzione degli infissi da motorizzare, nonch delle deformazioni che dovessero intervenire nellutilizzo.Applicare le segnalazioni previste dalle norme vigenti per individuare le zone pericolose.Verificare che la rete di distribuzione elettrica non sia da cantiere ma sotto apposite cabine, in caso di dubbio o assenza dinformazioni certe prevedere anche: - trasformatori disolamento appositi, - interruttori magnetotermici adeguati al carico di tensione richiesta- scaricatori di sovratensionePrima di collegare lalimentazione elettrica accertarsi che i dati di targa siano rispondenti a quelli della rete di distribuzione elettrica.
1. INFORMAZIONI GENERALI

Prevedere sulla rete di alimentazione un interruttore/sezionatore onnipolare con distanza dapertura dei contatti uguale o superiore a 3 mm. Verificare che a monte dellimpianto elettrico vi sia un interruttore dif-ferenziale e una protezione di sovracorrente adeguati. Quando richiesto, collegare ad un efficace impianto di messa a terra eseguito secondo le vigenti norme di sicurezza del paese in cui lattuatore viene installato. Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento (installazione, manutenzione e riparazione) togliere lalimentazione prima di agire sullapparecchiatura. Per assicurare unefficace separazione dalla rete si consiglia di installare un pulsante bipolare di tipo approvato. Gli attuatori in bassa tensione 24VCC devono essere alimentati da appositi alimentatori (NO TRASFORMATORI) omologati di classe II (doppio isolamento di sicurezza) avente tensione duscita di 24VDC -15% +20% (ovvero 20,4VCC min - 28,8VCC max). Utilizzando la versione 24VCC necessario che il cavo abbia una sezione idonea, calcolata in base alla distanza tra alimentatore e attuatore, in modo da non avere cadute o dispersioni di tensione.
Lattuatore a cremagliera Airwin destinato solo ed esclusivamente alluso per il quale stato concepito ed il costruttore non pu essere ritenuto responsabile per danni dovuti ad un uso improprio. Lattuatore desti-nato esclusivamente allinstallazione interna per aprire e chiudere finestre a sporgere, a vasistas, abbaini, cupole e lucernai. Ogni altro impiego sconsigliato salvo preventivo benestare del costruttore. Linstallazione dellattuatore va effettuata seguendo le istruzioni riportate nel presente manuale. Il mancato rispetto di tali raccomandazioni pu compromettere la sicurezza.Lattuatore costruito secondo le direttive dellUnione Europea ed certificato in conformit con marchio Ogni eventuale dispositivo di servizio e comando dellattuatore deve essere prodotto secondo le normative in vigore e rispettare le normative in materia emanate dalla Comunit Europea. Non lavare lapparecchio con solventi o getti dacqua. Non immergere lapparecchio in acqua. Ogni riparazione deve essere eseguita da personale qualificato (costruttore o centro dassistenza autorizzato). Richiedere sempre ed esclusivamente limpiego di ricambi originali. Il mancato rispetto di ricambi originali pu compromettere il corretto funzio-namento del prodotto e la sicurezza di persone e cose, annullando inoltre i benefici della garanzia allegata allapparecchio. Nel caso di problemi o incertezze, rivolgersi al punto vendita in cui stato acquistato il pro-dotto o direttamente al produttore.

4.1 Tipologie di alimentazione Lattuatore Airwin disponibile in vari modelli e in due versioni di alimentazione elettrica: 230VAC pu essere alimentato con tensione di rete variabile tra i 110 e i 230 VCA (50/60Hz) (tolleranza 10%), con cavo dalimentazione a tre fili: AZZURRO, comune neutro; NERO, fase apre; MARRONE, fase chiude. 24VCC pu essere alimentato con tensione di 24VCC con cavo dalimentazione a due fili: AZZURRO, connesso al + (positivo) chiude; MARRONE, connesso al + (positivo) apre.

4.3 Confezione e strumenti necessari per il montaggio dellattuatoreLattuatore imballato singolarmente in scatola di cartone. Ogni confezione contiene: - attuatore elettrico110230V~ 50/60Hz oppure a 24V = con cavo di alimentazione elettrica, staffa di supporto, staffa di attacco per apertura a vasistas/sporgere e manuale istruzioni. Prima di iniziare il montaggio dellattuatore si consiglia di preparare il seguente materiale di completamento, attrezzi e utensili. Metro o flessometro, matita, trapano/avvitatore, set di punte da trapano per metallo o legno, set di inserti per avvitare, forbici da elettricista, giraviti, viti e/o inserti filettati idonei alla tipologia del materiale del serramento. SCONSIGLIATO, su qualsiasi serramento metallico, luso di viti autoperforanti e/o viti trilobate.

4. ATTUATORE

5.1 Sequenza dinstallazione
- Verificare che la forza necessaria allapertura/chiusura (calcolata secondo la tabella al punto 4.2) sia inferiore o uguale a quella indicata nella TABELLA DATI.- Verificare manualmente lapertura dellanta, controllando ed eliminando eventuali zone dimpuntamento che possano dare luogo a mal funzionamenti.- Verificare manualmente lapertura massima dellanta controllando che sia maggiore della corsa da impostare sullattuatore.
ATTENZIONESe lapplicazione su serramenti con apertura a vasistas c il pericolo di lesioni prodotte dalla caduta accidentale della finestra. OBBLIGATORIO il montaggio di bracci limitatori (tipo serie 1276) o un sistema di sicurezza alternativo, dimensionato opportunamente per resistere alleventuale caduta accidentale della finestra.

Fissare le staffe e gli attacchi utilizzando viti idonee. Inserire le viti di ritenuta allinterno degli appositifori nella staffa di supporto.
Avvitare ore le viti, senza serrarle, alle piastrine a T. Inserire lattuatore nelle piastrine appena avvitate.Non serrare completamente le viti alle piastrine.
Avvicinare lattuatore allattacco facendolo scorreresulle piastrine in modo che il foro dellocchiolo (avvitato sullo stelo) ed il foro laterale dellattacco coincidano.
Unire lo stelo allattacco utilizzando lapposita vite/dado in dotazione. Serrare a questo punto le viti.

5.2 Collegamento meccanico con barra di pi attuatori.
Su aperture molto ampie possibile, verificata la forza necessaria allapertura/chiusura ( calcolata secondo la tabella al punto 4.2), collegare in batteria attuatori elettrici e steli meccanici in modo da poter avere pi punti spinta e garantire una corretta e costante apertura/chiusura al serramento. consigliato inserire un punto spinta aggiuntivo ogni 1,2 mt (circa)

5.4 Collegamento elettrico
Premere sul pulsante di comando ed effettuare una chiusura verificando che:A. Il serramento raggiunga la completa chiusura. Se cos non fosse verificare che il sormonto tra anta e telaio sia maggiore o uguale a 0 mm. Eventualmente inserire degli spessori in modo da ripristinare il sormonto corretto.B. La catena sia perfettamente perpendicolare al serramento. Eventualmente regolare la staffa di attacco agendo su viti ed asole.
Raggiunta la corretta posizione di chiusura premere sul pulsante di comando ed effettuare una apertura al fine di verificare che lattuatore svolga tutta la corsa impostata liberamente. Raggiunta lapertura desiderata ri-premere il pulsante di comando ed effettuare la chiusura. Una volta che la finestra ha raggiunto la completa chiusura verificare che le viti, dei supporti e degli attacchi, siano correttamente serrate e che le guarnizioni siano adeguatamente compresse.

6. MANUTENZIONE,MANOVRE DI EMERGENZA, PULIZIANel caso sia necessario manualmente sganciare il serramento dallattuatore a causa di: mancanza di tensione, avaria del meccanismo, manutenzione, pulizia esterna del serramento; necessario eseguire la sequenza (pagg. 9 ) in modo inverso.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO di caduta della finestra; lanta libera di cadere perch non pi tenuta dalla catena. Una volta effettuata la manutenzione e/o la pulizia ripetere la sequenza di pagina 9.
7. PROTEZIONE DELLAMBIENTELattuatore al proprio interno contiene particolari non riciclabili (materiali plastici e particolari elettronici) chenon fanno parte dei normali rifiuti. Devono essere smaltiti adeguatamente. Per qualsiasi dubbio, contattate lasociet che si occupa dello smaltimento rifiuti.

8. FAQ (domande frequenti)
Domanda Causa Soluzione
Lattuatore non funziona ?
Assenza di tensione
Verificare che lo stato del salvavita o dellinterruttore di sicurezza sia su ON (acceso).
Probabile cavo non collegato. Controllare i collegamenti elettrici che vanno dallinterruttore allattuatore.
Tensione presente Verificare che il voltaggio dellattuatore sia coerente con la tensione rilevata.
Lattuatore non effettua la corsa desiderata
Lampiezza di apertura non quella desiderata
Sganciare la cremagliera dallattacco e verificare che il braccio limitatore permetta la corsa completa allattuatore. Se ci non dovesse essere regolare il braccio limitatore in modo che lattuatore effettui tutta la corsa.
Lattuatore ha strappato le viti
Lattacco non pi fissato al serramento.
Verificare di aver utilizzato fissaggi idonei.
Verificare che alla chiusura lo stelo sia perfettamente perpendicolare al serramento. Se ci non dovesse essere, verificare che il montaggio sia stato effettuato secondo la sequenza 6.1.

Il costruttore si rende garante del buon funzionamento dellattuatore.Esso simpegna ad eseguire la sostituzione dei pezzi difettosi, per vizi o difetti di costruzione, secondo quanto stabilito dal Codice Civile art. 1490. La garanzia copre i prodotti o le singole parti per un periodo di 36 mesi dalla data dacquisto. La stessa valida se lacquirente sia stato in grado di esibire la prova dacquisto ed abbia soddisfatto le condizioni di pagamento pattuite. La garanzia di buon funzionamento degli attuatori accordata dal costruttore, sintende nel senso che lo stesso simpegna a riparare o sostituire gratuitamente, nel pi breve tempo possibile, quelle parti che dovessero guastarsi, per difetto di costruzione o vizio di materiale durante il periodo di garanzia. Lacquirente non pu vantare diritto ad alcun risarcimento per eventuali danni, diretti o indiretti, o altre spese. Sono escluse dalla garanzia quelle parti fragili o esposte a usura come pure ad agenti procedimenti corrosivi, a sovraccarichi anche se solo temporanei, ecc. Il costruttore non risponde per eventuali danni causati da errato montaggio, manovra o inserzione, da eccessive sollecitazioni o da imperizia duso. A questo proposito si consiglia una manutenzione almeno ogni 6 mesi. Il costruttore non risponde della garanzia se il prodotto stato manomesso, smontato, privo di etichetta o comunque con evidenti segni di urto o altro. Tentativi di riparazione da parte di terzi, non autorizzati dal costruttore, fanno decadere la garanzia. Le riparazioni in garanzia sono sempre da intendersi franco fabbrica produttore. Le spese di trasporto relative (andata / ritorno) sono sempre a carico dellacquirente.

1.1 Introduction to this manual
Please read carefully and follow the instructions detailed in this manual. Keep the manual for use and future maintenance. Pay attention to the data relating to the performance (see Technical Data) and to the instructions for installation. Improper use or incorrect operation, fitting or assembly can damage the system as well as cause injury to people and damage to property. 2. SAFETY This installation manual is written exclusively for competent professional personnel.The installation, electrical connections and adjustments must be carried out conforming to good practice and according to the regulations in force.Incorrect installation can cause a potential hazard. The packing materials (plastic, polystyrene, etc.) must not be allowed to pollute the environment, but must be disposed of correctly, and must not be left within the reach of children since they can cause possible hazards. Before starting installation, check the product is complete and undamaged.Do not install the product in an explosive environment or atmosphere: the presence of flammable gas or fumes is a serious health and safety hazard. Before installing the drive mechanism, put in place all the structural modifications relating to safety measures and to the protection or segregation of all the zones involving hazards of crushing, shearing, entrapment and of general hazard.Check that all the existing structure has the necessary requirements of strength and stability. The manufacturer of the drive mechanism is not responsible for failing to conform to good practice in the construction of the windows to be opened, as well as any distortion which could occur during use.Put up the notices laid down by current regulations to identify hazardous areas.Ensure that the electrical supply is not a temporary one, but has the required electrical boxes, and in case of doubt or lack of (definite) information, also install:- suitable isolating transformers- thermal magnetic cut-outs suitable to voltage requirements- surge arrester.Before connecting the electrical supply, ensure that the electrical rating correspond to that of electrical distribution supply.

Fit onto the supply network an allpole switch with a contact gap of at least 3 mm. Check that on the supply side of the electrical plant there is a suitable differential residual current circuit breaker and overload protection.When required to do so, connect to an efficient earthing/ground system fitted according to the safety regulations in force in the country where the actuator is being installed. Before carrying out any operation (installation, maintenance or repair), isolate the electrical supply before working on the equipment. To ensure complete isolation from the supply current, installation is recommended of a double-pole switch of the approved type.
The low-voltage 24 V dc actuators must be supplied by suitable power supplies (NOT TRANSFORMERS) of an approved Class II type (double safety insulation) having an output voltage of 24V dc -15% to +20% (or from 20.4V dc min. to 28.8V dc max.)When using the 24V dc version, the cable must have a suitable cross-section, calculated based on the distance between the power supply and the actuator, so as not to have a voltage drop or loss.

4.1 Types of power supplyThe Airwin series of actuators is available in various models in two electrical supply versions: 230Vac can be supplied with mains power ranging between 110 and 230 V ac (50/60Hz) (with a tolerance of 10%), with a three-core supply cable: BLUE, neutral common; BLACK, open phase; BROWN, closed phase. 24Vdc can be supplied with a voltage of 24V dc with a two-core supply cable:BLUE, connected to the + (positive) closed; BROWN, connected to the + (positive) open.

4.3 Pack and tools required for assembling the actuatorThe actuator is packed individually in a cardboard box. Each pack contains:Electric actuator, 110-230V ~ 50/60Hz or 24Vdc, with electric supply cable, support brackets, fixing bracket for top-hung window, fixing bracket for bottom-hung window, drilling template and instruction manual.Before starting to fit the actuator, we recommend preparing the following fitting materials, tools and equipment:.Metre rule or tape measure, pencil, drill/screwdriver, set of drill bits for metal or wood, set of screw bits, electrical pliers, screwdrivers, screws and/or threaded inserts suitable for the type of window material. AVOID using self-tapping screws and/or three-lobed screws on any metal windows.

5.1 Installation sequence
Check that the force required to open/close it (calculated according to the table under Point 4.2) is less than or equal to that shown in the TECHNICAL DATA table.Try manually the window opening, checking for and if necessary eliminating any sticking points that could cause a malfunction.Manually test the maximum opening of the window, checking that it is greater than the travel set by the actuator.
CAUTIONIf the application is on bottom-hung windows, there is a danger of potential injury resulting from the window accidentally falling.It is OBLIGATORY to fit limiting arms (of the Series 1276 type), or an alternative safety system, of a suitable size to prevent the window from accidentally falling down.

Top-hung outward opening window:
Fix the brackets and the fixings, using suitable screws.
Insert the fixing bolts inside the holes prepared in the support bracket.
Screw the bolts, without tightening them, to the T-shaped plates.
Insert the actuator into the plates just screwed on. Do not tighten the bolts completely to the plates.
Bring the actuator near to the fixing, sliding it on the plates so that the hole in the tracking strip (screwed to
the rod) correspond to the side hole of the fixing.
Join the rod to the fixing by using the nut and bolt supplied. Now tighten up the bolts.

5.2 Mechanical connection with bar of several actuators
On very wide openings, it is possible, having checked the force necessary for opening/closing (calculated according to the table under Section 5.2), to connect in parallel electrical actuators and mechanical spindles to provide several pushing points and ensure correct and constant opening/closing of the window. It is advisable to fit an additional pushing point every 1.2 metres (approx.)

5.4 Operating test
Press the control button and close the window, checking that:a. The window is completely closed. If it is not, check that the gap between the window and the frame is bigger than or equal to 0 mm. If necessary, insert spacers so as to obtain the correct gap.b. The rack is perfectly vertical to the window frame. If necessary adjust the fixing bracket by using the screws and slots.Having reached the correct closing position, press the control button and open the window in order to check that the actuator runs freely over the full travel set up.Having achieved the required opening run, press the control button again to close the window. Once the window has completely closed, check that the screws, supports and fixings are tightened correctly, and that the seals are sufficiently compressed.

6. MAINTENANCE, EMERGENCY ACTION & CLEANINGIf it becomes necessary to manually disconnect the window from the actuator due to: a power failure, mechanical breakdown, maintenance, or cleaning the exterior of the window, follow the step sequence described on Page 9 in reverse order.
BEWARE OF THE DANGER of the window falling; as the window is free to fall, as it is no longer held up by the spindle.Once the maintenance or cleaning operations have been completed, repeat the sequence described on Page 9.
7. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT Some parts inside the actuator are not recyclable (plastic materials and electronic parts) and cannot be considered normal refuse. They must be disposed of correctly. In case of doubt, consult the relevant refuse disposal body.

Check that suitable fixings have been used.

The manufacturer guarantees the correct operation of the actuator. The manufacturer undertakes to replace parts which are faulty due to manufacturing faults or defects, according to that laid down by Article 1490 of the Italian Civil Code. The guarantee covers the products or individual parts for a period of 36 months from date of purchase. This is valid if the purchaser is able to show the purchase receipt and has satisfied the agreed conditions of payment. The guarantee of correct operation of the actuators issued by the manufacturer means that the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace free of charge, in the shortest time possible, those parts that have become faulty due to defects in construction or material defects during the period of the guarantee.The purchaser cannot claim the right to any compensation for any damages, direct or indirect, or to other costs. The guarantee does not cover parts which are fragile or exposed to wear and tear, or to corrosive process agents, or to overloading, even if only temporary, etc. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect assembly, fitting or movement, by excessive stress or unskilled or incorrect use. For this reason, we recommend maintenance be carried out every 6 months. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the guarantee if the product has been mishandled, disassembled, had its label removed, or exhibits evidence of impact or other factors.Attempts at repair by third parties who have not been authorised by the manufacturer will cause the guarantee to become invalid.Repairs under guarantee are always to be made at the manufacturers factory. The relevant transport expenses (to and from the factory) are always payable by the purchaser.

Avant de procder au raccordement lalimentation lectrique, vrifier que les donnes de la plaque signaltique correspondent celles du rseau de distribution lectrique. Prvoir un interrupteur/sectionneur omnipolaire sur le rseau dalimentation avec un intervalle de contact suprieur ou gale 3 mm. Vrifier la prsence, en amont de linstallation lectrique, dun interrupteur diffrentiel et dune protection contre les surintensits appropris.Lorsque cela est demand, effectuer le raccordement une installation de mise la terre ralise conformment aux normes de scurit en vigueur dans le Pays dinstallation de lactionneur. Mettre lappareil hors tension avant deffectuer une quelconque intervention (installation, entretien ou rparation). Pour garantir une coupure efficace vis--vis du secteur, il est recommand dinstaller un bouton bipolaire agr.
Les actionneurs basse tension 24 Vcc doivent tre aliments par des alimentateurs spciaux (PAS DES TRANSFORMATEURS) homologus de classe II (double isolation de scurit) ayant une tension de sortie de 24 Vcc -15%+20% (ou 20,4 Vcc min - 28,8 Vcc max ).En utilisant la version 24 Vcc, le cble doit tre de section approprie, calcule sur la base de la distance entre lalimentateur et lactionneur, de faon ne pas avoir de chutes de tension ou des dispersions.
Lactionneur crmaillre Airwin doit tre utilis uniquement pour lusage pour lequel il a t prvu et le constructeur ne saurait tre tenu pour responsable en cas dutilisation inapproprie. Lactionneur est prvu exclusivement pour tre install en intrieur afin douvrir et fermer les fentres en saillie, vasistas, lucarnes, dmes ou autres. Tout autre emploi est proscrire moins dobtenir lautorisation de la part du constructeur. Lactionneur doit tre install en suivant les instructions indiques dans cette notice. Fixer les triers et les fixations en utilisant des vis appropries.
Introduire les vis de retenue dans les trous prsents sur l'trier de fixation.
Visser les vis, sans les serrer, sur les plaques en T. Introduire l'actionneur sur les plaques prcdemment visses. Ne pas serrer compltement les vis aux plaques.
Rapprocher l'actionneur du point de fixation en le faisant coulisser sur les plaques jusqu' ce que le piton (viss sur la tige) et le trou latral de la fixation concident.
Unir la tige la fixation en utilisant l'aide de la vis et de l'crou fournis. Serrer ensuite les vis.

5.2 Raccordement mcanique de plusieurs actionneurs laide dune barre.
Pour les ouvertures de grandes dimensions, aprs avoir vrifi la force ncessaire pour louverture/fermeture (calcule laide du tableau au paragraphe 4.2), brancher des actionneurs lectriques et des tiges mcaniques en batterie afin de disposer de plusieurs points de pousse et garantir ainsi une ouverture/fermeture constante du bti.Il est recommand de prvoir un point de pousse additionnel tous les 1,2 m environ.

5.4 Test de fonctionnement
Appuyer sur le bouton de commande et effectuer une fermeture en vrifiant que :a. Le bti se ferme compltement. Sil nen est pas ainsi, vrifier que le chevauchement entre le battant et le chssis est suprieur ou gal 0 mm. Le cas chant, insrer des cales afin de rtablir le chevauchement correct.b. La crmaillre est parfaitement perpendiculaire au bti. Le cas chant, rgler ltrier de fixation en agissant sur les vis et les boutonnires de rglage.Lorsque la position de fermeture correcte est atteinte, appuyer sur le bouton de commande et procder un mouvement douverture afin de vrifier si lactionneur accomplit toute la course prvue sans empchement.Une fois que louverture dsire est atteinte, appuyer de nouveau sur le bouton de commande et excuter lopration de fermeture. Une fois que la fentre est compltement ferme, vrifier si les vis (des supports et des fixations) sont correctement serres et si les joints sont bien comprims.
Linstallation est termine
6. ENTRETIEN,MANUVRES DURGENCE, NETTOYAGESil savre ncessaire de dcrocher manuellement le bti de lactionneur par suite de :coupure de lalimentation, panne du mcanisme, oprations dentretien, nettoyage externe du bti,veuillez excuter la squence (page 9) dans lordre inverse.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de chute de la fentre ; llment peut tomber car il nest plus retenu par la tige.Lorsque lopration dentretien et/ou de nettoyage est termine, effectuer de nouveau la squence indique la page 9.
7. PROTECTION DE LENVIRONNEMENT Lactionneur prsente des lments internes non recyclables (matires plastiques et composants lectroniques) qui ne peuvent tre limins comme de simples dchets. Ceux-ci doivent faire lobjet dun tri slectif. En cas de doute, contacter la socit charge du tri slectif.

L'actionneur ne fonctionne pas?
Tension non prsente
Vrifier que l'tat du disjoncteur diffrentiel ou de l'interrupteur de scurit est sur ON (allum).
Il est possible que le cble ne soit pas branch. Vrifier les branchements lectriques allant de l'interrupteur l'actionneur.
Tension prsente Vrifier si la tension de l'actionneur correspond bien la tension lue.
L'actionneur n'accomplit pas la course dsire?
L'amplitude d'ouverture ne correspond pas l'amplitude dsire
Dcrocher la crmaillre de la fixation et vrifier si le bras limiteur permet la course complte de l'actionneur. S'il n'en est pas ainsi, rgler le bras limiteur de faon ce que l'actionneur accomplisse toute la course prvue.
L'actionneur arrache les vis?
La fixation n'est plus fixe au bti.
Vrifier si vous avez utilis des fixations appropries.
Vrifier lors de la fermeture si la crmaillre est parfaitement perpendiculaire au bti. S'il n'en est pas ainsi, vrifier si le montage a t ralis en suivant la squence du 6.1.

Le constructeur se porte garant du bon fonctionnement de lactionneur. Il sengage procder au remplacement des pices dfectueuses, suite des vides ou des dfauts de construction, conformment ce qui est tabli par lart. 1490 du Code Civil italien. La garantie porte sur les produits ou ses composants pour une dure de 36 mois partir de la date dachat. La garantie sera applique ds lors que lacheteur sera en mesure de prsenter une preuve dachat et quil se sera acquitt des conditions de paiement concordes. La garantie de bon fonctionnement des actionneurs fournie par le constructeur sapplique en ce sens que celui-ci sengage rparer ou remplacer gracieusement, dans les plus brefs dlais, toutes les pices qui sendommageraient, par suite dun dfaut de construction ou dun vice du matriau, pendant la priode couverte par la garantie.Lacheteur ne peut prtendre aucun droit ni aucun ddommagement en cas de dommages ventuels, directs ou indirects, ou dautres frais. La garantie ne couvre pas les parties fragiles ou sujettes lusure, laction des agents corrosifs, les surcharges (mme temporaires), etc. Le constructeur ne saurait rpondre des dommages ventuels dus une erreur de montage, de manuvre ou dintroduction, des sollicitations excessives ou un usage inappropri. Un entretien rgulier est effectuer au moins une fois tous les 6 mois. SICHERHEIT Dieses Montagehandbuch wendet sich ausschlielich an kompetentes Fachpersonal.Die Montage, die elektrischen Anschlsse und die Einstellung mssen fachgerecht und in bereinstimmung der geltenden Richtlinien ausgefhrt werden.Eine unsachgeme Montage kann eine Gefahrenquelle darstellen. Das Verpackungsmaterial (Kunststoff, Polystyrol usw.) darf weder die Umwelt belasten, noch darf es in Kinderhnde gelangen; es ist eine potentielle Gefahrenquelle. Vor dem Beginn der Montage ist die Unversehrtheit des Gerts zu berprfen. Das Gert nicht in Umgebungen montieren, deren Atmosphre explosionsgefhrdet ist: das Vorhandensein von Gas oder brennbaren Dmpfen ist ein schweres Sicherheitsrisiko. Vor der Montage der Motorisierung sind alle strukturellen Vernderungen vorzunehmen, um Sicherheits- und Schutzzonen zu schaffen bzw. alle quetschgefhrdeten, abschergefhrdeten, leitenden sowie alle anderen allgemein gefhrlichen Bereiche zu sichern. berprfen, dass die existierende Struktur festigkeits- und stabilittstechnisch ausreicht. Der Hersteller der Motorisierung ist weder fr die Einhaltung der fachgerechten Konstruktion der zu motorisierenden Fensterflgel noch fr deren Verformungen verantwortlich, sollten diese beim Betrieb auftreten.Zur Abgrenzung von Gefahrenbereichen die von den geltenden Richtlinien vorgesehenen Zeichen anbringen.berprfen, dass es sich beim benutzten elektrischen Versorgungsnetz nicht um das Baustellennetz handelt, sondern dass der Strom einem Transformatorhuschen entstammt. Im Zweifelsfall oder bei unzureichendem (unsicherem) Wissensstand ebenfalls folgendes vorsehen:- geeignete Isolationstransformatoren- fr die geforderte Spannung geeignete thermomagnetische Schalter- berspannungsableiter

Sich vor dem Anschlieen der elektrischen Versorgung vergewissern, dass die Daten des Gertekennzeichens mit denjenigen der elektrischen Versorgung bereinstimmen. An der Versorgungsleitung einen allpoligen Schutzschalter/Trennschalter mit einem Kontaktffnungsabstand von mindestens 3 mm vorsehen. berprfen, dass sich vor der elektrischen Anlage ein Differentialschalter und ein ausreichender berlastungsschutz befindet.Falls gewnscht, an eine effiziente Erdungsanlage anschlieen, die entsprechend den Sicherheitsrichtlinien des Landes ausgefhrt ist, in der Stellantrieb montiert wird. Vor jeglichen Arbeiten am Gert (Montage, Wartung oder Reparatur) dessen Versorgung abtrennen. Damit eine zuverlssige Trennung vom elektrischen Netz gewhrleistet ist, sollte ein genehmigter zweipoliger Druckknopfschalter eingebaut werden.
Niederspannungsstellantriebe vom Typ 24VDC mssen mit geeigneten Versorgungen (KEINE TRANSFORMATOREN ) ausgestattet sein zugelassen als Klasse II (doppelte Sicherheitsisolierung). Ihre Ausgangsspannung muss 24VDC -15% bis +20% ( bzw. min. 20,4VDC - max. 28,8VDC ) betragen. Wird die Version 24VDC verwendet, ist ein Kabel mit geeignetem Querschnitt vorzusehen, der entsprechend dem Abstand vom Netzgert zum Stellantrieb berechnet wird, so dass keine Spannungsabflle oder -verluste auftreten.
Der Zahnstangenantrieb Airwin ist einzig und ausschlielich fr den Zweck vorgesehen, fr den er konzipiert wurde: der Hersteller ist nicht fr Schden durch eine unsachgeme Verwendung verantwortlich. Der Zahnstangenantrieb ist nur zur internen Montage vorgesehen; sein Bestimmungszweck ist es, Klappfenster, Kippfenster, Dachgauben, Kuppeln und Oberlichte zu ffnen und zu schlieen. Von allen anderen Verwendungen wird abgeraten, auer nach Zustimmung durch den Hersteller. Die Montage des Zahnstangenantriebs wird entsprechend den in diesem Handbuch beschriebenen Anweisungen ausgefhrt. Eine Nichtbeachtung dieser Beschreibungen kann zu Sicherheitseinbuen fhren.Fr den Zahnstangenantrieb verwendete Dienst- und Steuergerte mssen entsprechend den geltenden Richtlinien und entsprechend den von der Europischen Union erlassenen Richtlinien produziert sein.Das Gert nicht mit Lsungsmitteln oder Wasserstrahlen reinigen. Das Gert nicht ins Wasser tauchen.Jede Reparatur muss von Fachpersonal ausgefhrt werden (Hersteller oder autorisiertes Kundendienstzentrum).Immer die Verwendung von Originalersatzteilen verlangen. Falls keine Originalersatzteile eingesetzt werden, kann der ordnungsgeme Betrieb des Gerts und die Sicherheit von Personen und Gegenstnden beeintrchtigt werden; auerdem verfllt die Gertegarantie. Wenden Sie sich bitte beim Auftreten von Problemen oder bei Informationsbedarf an die Verkaufsstelle, bei der sie das Gert erworben haben, oder direkt an den Hersteller.

4.1 VersorgungsartenDer ZahnstangenANtrieb der Serie Airwin ist in verschiedenen Modellen sowie mit zwei unterschiedlichen elektrischen Versorgungstypen erhltlich: 230VAC kann mit Netzspannung von 110 bis 230 VAC (50/60Hz) betrieben werden (Toleranz 10%), mit 3-Kabel-Versorgungsleitung: HELLBLAU, Erdung; SCHWARZ, offene Phase; BRAUN, geschlossene Phase. 24VDC kann mit einer 24VDC-Spannung betrieben werden, mit einer 2-Kabel-Versorgungsleitung: HELLBLAU, Anschluss an + (plus) schliet; BRAUN, Anschluss an + (plus) ffnet.

4.3 Verpackung und notwendige Montageinstrumente des ZahnstangenantriebsDer Zahnstangenantrieb ist einzeln in einem Karton verpackt. Jede Konfektion enthlt:Einen elektrischen Zahnstangenantrieb mit 110230V~ 50/60Hz oder 24VDC mit einem elektrischen Versorgungskabel, Haltebgel, Befestigungsbgel fr die Kippffnung, Befestigungsbgel fr Ausstellung, eine Bohrschablone und ein Einbauhandbuch.Vor der Montage des Zahnstangenantriebs sollten die folgenden Werkzeuge, Hilfsmittel und Materialien fr die Fertigstellung vorbereitet werden:.Meterma oder Bandma, Bleistift, Bohrmaschine/Schraubgert, Bohrerset fr Metall oder Holz, Einsatzset zum verschrauben, Kabelschere, Schraubendreher, Schrauben und/oder Gewindeeinstze, die zur Befestigung fr das Fenstermaterial geeignet sind.

5.1 Montagereihenfolge
berprfen, dass die notwendige ffnungs-/Schliekraft (berechnet anhand der Tabelle laut Punkt 5.2) niedriger oder gleich dem Wert ist, der in der DATENTABELLE angegeben ist.Die ffnung des Fensters manuell vornehmen; dabei Verschmutzungen beseitigen, die zu einer Betriebsbeeintrchtigung fhren knnten.Das Fenster manuell ganz ffnen und prfen, dass die ffnung grer ist, als der eingestellte Zahnstangenantriebshub.
ACHTUNGWenn das Gert bei Kippfenstern eingesetzt wird, besteht Verletzungsgefahr aufgrund eines zuflligen Herabfallens des Fensters.Das Anbringen von Begrenzungsarmen (Typ Serie 1276) oder eines alternativen Sicherungssystems ist OBLIGATORISCH. Es muss ausreichend dimensioniert sein, um ein
zuflliges Herabfallen des Fensters zu verhindern.

Die Rckhalteschrauben in die entsprechenden Bohrungen des Haltebgels einsetzen.
Nun die Schrauben in die T-Platten eindrehen, sie jedoch nicht festzuziehen.
Den Zahnstangenantrieb in die soeben eingeschraubten Platten einsetzen. Die Schrauben nicht vollstndig an den Platten festziehen.

5.2 Mechanischer Anschluss mehrerer Stellantriebe mit Stange.Bei sehr groen ffnungen knnen, nachdem die notwendige Kraft zum ffnen bzw. Schlieen berechnet wurde (Berechnung laut Tabelle unter Punkt 5.2), elektrische Stellantriebe und mechanische Stangen als Batterie eingesetzt werden. Auf diese Weise garantieren mehrere Schub- bzw. Zugpunkte fr ein korrektes und konstantes ffnen bzw. Schlieen des Fensters.ratsam ist die Anordnung eines zustzlichen Schub- bzw. Zugpunktes ca. alle 1,2 m.

5.4 BetriebstestDen Steuerschalter bettigen und eine Schlieung vornehmen. Dabei das Folgende berprfen:a. Das Fenster muss vollstndig schlieen. Im gegenteiligen Fall muss berprft werden, ob die berlappung zwischen Fensterflgel und Rahmen grer oder gleich 0 mm ist. Evtl. Dickenleeren einsetzen, so dass die ordnungsgeme berlappung erneut hergestellt wird.b.Die Zahnstange muss gegenber dem Fenster exakt lotrecht sitzen. Ggf. den Befestigungsbgel regulieren. Dazu die Schraube und die se einstellen.Nachdem die richtige Schlieposition erreicht ist, den Steuerschalter bettigen und eine Fensterffnung ausfhren. Dadurch soll geprft werden, ob der Zahnstangenantrieb seinen ffnungshub vollstndig und frei ausfhrt.Nach Erreichen der gewnschten ffnung den Steuerschalter erneut bettigen und auf diese Weise eine Fensterschlieung ausfhren. Nach dem vollstndigen Schlieen des Fensters berprfen, ob die Schrauben, die Halterungen und Anschlsse ordnungsgem fest sitzen und die Dichtungen angemessen zusammengedrckt werden.

6. WARTUNG, HANDELN IM NOTFALL, REINIGUNGGgf. ist es notwendig, das Fenster manuell aus dem Stellantrieb auszuhngen:aufgrund von fehlender Spannung, mechanischen Strungen, Wartung, Auenreinigung des Fensters.In diesen Fllen muss die Handlungsreihenfolge (siehe Seite 11) umgekehrt ausgefhrt werden.
Es besteht Akute Gefahr eines Herabfallens des Fensters: der Fensterflgel kann frei herabfallen, da er nicht mehr von der Stange gehalten wirdNach der Wartung und/oder Reinigung die Handlungsreihenfolge auf Seite 8 erneut ausfhren.
7. UMWELTSCHUTZ Der Zahnstangenantrieb enthlt Bauteile, die nicht wiederverwertet werden knnen (Kunststoffmaterial und elektronische Bauteile). Diese sind kein normaler Mll und mssen daher angemessen entsorgt werden. Im Zweifelsfall mit dem entsprechenden Entsorgungsunternehmen Kontakt aufnehmen.

berprfen Sie den Zustand der Sicherungen und ob der Sicherungsschalter auf ON (angeschaltet) steht.
Ein Kabel ist nicht angeschlossen. Kontrollieren Sie die elektrischen Anschlsse, die vom Schalter zum Zahnstangenantrieb fhren.
Spannung vorhandenberprfen, dass die Spannung am Zahnstangenantrieb mit der ermittelten Spannung bereinstimmt.
Warum fhrt der Zahnstangenantrieb nicht den gewnschten Hub aus?
Die ffnungsweite ist nicht die gewnschte
Hngen Sie die Zahnstange aus und berprfen Sie, ob der Begrenzungsarm den vollstndigen Hub des Zahnstangenantriebs zulsst. Sollte er das nicht tun, den Begrenzungsarm so einstellen, dass der Zahnstangenantrieb den gesamten Hub ausfhren kann.

Der Hersteller garantiert fr den ordnungsgemen Betrieb des Zahnstangenantriebs. Er verpflichtet sich laut italienischem brgerlichem Gesetzbuch, Art. 1490, zur Auswechslung defekter Teile, die aufgrund von Herstellungsfehlern oder Defekten bei der Produktion auftreten. Die Gerte- und Teilgarantie besitzt eine Dauer von 36 Monaten ab Kaufdatum. Die Garantie ist gltig, wenn der Kufer die Funktionsprfung beim Kauf ausfhren konnte und die festgelegten Zahlungsbedingungen erfllt hat. Bei der vom Hersteller festgelegten Betriebsgarantie fr Zahnstangenantriebe verpflichtet er sich, das Gert oder die Teile schnellstmglich zu reparieren oder auszuwechseln, bei denen aufgrund eines Konstruktionsdefekts oder Materialschadens eine Funktionsstrung innerhalb der Garantiedauer auftritt.Der Kufer besitzt kein Recht auf Entschdigung oder den Ersatz von Spesen aufgrund evtl. erlittener direkter oder indirekter Schden. Die Garantie umfasst keine zerbrechlichen Teile bzw. Verschleiteile; ebenso wenig sind Schden eingeschlossen, die aufgrund eines Einsatzes korrosiver Mittel, aufgrund berlastung oder aufgrund hnlicher Ursachen entstehen, auch dann, falls diese Einflsse nur vorrbergehend sind. Der Hersteller ist nicht fr Schden verantwortlich, falls Montage, Handling oder Einsetzen falsch ausgefhrt wurden oder das Gert bermig beansprucht oder unsachgem benutzt wurde. In diesem Sinn sollte eine Wartung mindestens alle 6 Monate durchgefhrt werden. Die Herstellergarantie verlischt, wenn das Gert verndert oder demontiert wird, das Etikett fehlt oder falls ein offensichtliches Zeichen fr ein Anstoen oder eine hnliche Beschdigung vorliegt.Die Garantie verfllt, wenn versucht wird, das Gert durch Dritte und ohne die Autorisierung des Herstellers reparieren zu lassen.Eine Reparatur auf Garantie erfolgt immer vor Ort beim Hersteller. Die entsprechenden Versandspesen (An- und Absendung) gehen zu Lasten des Kufers.

Antes de conectar la alimentacin elctrica cercirese de que los datos de chapa correspondan a la red de distribucin elctrica. Prevea en la red de alimentacin un interruptor/seccionador omnipolar con distancia de apertura de los contactos igual o superior a 3 mm. Compruebe que antes de la instalacin elctrica haya un interruptor diferencial y una proteccin de sobrecorriente adecuados.Cuando sea necesario, conecte a una instalacin de puesta a tierra eficaz efectuada segn las vigentes normas de seguridad del pas en el que se instala el actuador. Antes de efectuar cualquier intervencin (instalacin, mantenimiento y reparacin) quite la alimentacin antes de usar el aparato. Para asegurar una eficaz separacin de la red se aconseja instalar un pulsador bipolar de tipo aprobado.
Los actuadores en baja tensin 24 Vcc deben ser alimentados por alimentadores especficos (NO TRANSFORMADORES) homologados de clase II (doble aislamiento de seguridad) que tengan una tensin de salida de 24VCC -15% +20% (o 20,4 VCC min - 28,8 VCC mx.).Si se utiliza la versin de 24 Vcc es necesario que el cable
