First Time

Login

Option 1: Visit AirAsia website at www.airasia.com Scroll to the bottom of the main page and choose MyCorporate.

Option 2: Visit AirAsia MyCorporate website directly at: https://www.airasia.com/mycorporate

To login, key in the given Corporate ID and default password in the Username and Password box.

Key-in the given ID & default password here

For first time login, key in the given Corporate ID and default password in Agent Username and Old Agent Password box.

Key in your own preferred password and re-enter password in the New Agent Password

Key-in & reconfirm new preferred password

Key-in the given ID & default password

Once password is changed and you have successfully login, you may choose to perform any of the displayed functions by clicking on the tab.

Search & Book

Flights

Click Book My Flight to start booking.

Select Origin & Destination, Travel Dates and Number of Passenger to Search for Flights.

Flight listings on the selected date will appear with fares.

Move cursor to next to Fare Category to see a product differentiation table.

MyCorporate benefits only applies for Corporate Lite & Corporate Full Flex.

Contact Details

• Agency Email Address: Flight itinerary will be sent to this email address. The email address is preset with ID holder’s email, however it is changeable to a different email address. The email address stated here shall act as the key to manage booking via airasia.com

• Guest’s Mobile Number: AirAsia shall reach passengers at this number for any flight updates e.g. flight retime or delay.

Flight itinerary will be sent to this email

SkyBus / Airport Transfer / Car Rental You may pre-book SkyBus, Airport Transfers or Car Rental before completing the booking.

Pick A Seat • For ‘Fare Only’, all seats

are chargeable. • For ‘Corporate Lite’, only

standard seats are complimentary. Other seats are chargeable.

• For ‘Corporate Full Flex’,

all seats (including Hot Seats) are complimentary; except for seats at the Quiet Zone on AirAsiaX flights which is chargeable.

Click ‘Remove’ if you would like to change your seat selection

Select your preferred seat by clicking on the seat

Payment Options To proceed with payment, kindly check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Available Payment Options: • AG Prepayment

(Not applicable for SME) • Credit/Debit Card • Internet Banking/Direct

Agency Pre-Payment / AG Payment (Not Applicable for SME)

AG Payment is a prepayment system that uses a floating balance, designed as an alternative to credit/debit cards. When AG Payment method is selected, the ticket amount will be deducted from the available fund each time booking is created. No processing fee applicable.

Credit/Debit Card Processing fee applicable for payments made using Credit/Debit Card

Internet Banking / Direct Debit Processing fee applicable for payments made using Direct Debit

Once payment is complete, the flight confirmation page will be displayed and flight booking confirmation will be sent via email to the email address stated in the Contact Details form.

At the bottom of the confirmation page, booking details summary will be displayed.

Manage

My Bookings

Click Manage My Booking to make changes to your active bookings.

Manage My Bookings

• My Bookings: Select this option to view your own bookings

• My Agency Bookings: Select this option to view bookings made by all users within the same corporate account. * Only users with Admin-All-Access can view all bookings

• Key in booking reference number or click the magnifying class icon to view list of all bookings.

Click ‘My Bookings’ to view user’s own bookings

Only ‘Admin All-Access’ users can view all bookings

Once list of booking appears, select the booking that you wish you change and click Modify. i.e. change travel date/time, add-on meals, seat selections, checked baggage allowance, travel insurance etc. IMPORTANT: If your confirmed booking does not appear here, kindly refer to the guide on ‘Link Bookings To Traveller’s BIG Shot ID’

Click ‘Modify’ to make changes

To make changes on flight date/time or upgrade to higher fare category, click Edit Itinerary and select Change/Upgrade Flight

Scenario example: You would like to upgrade current booking from ‘Fare Only’ to ‘Corporate Full Flex’. Select the flight sector that you wish to change.

Check box of the flight sector that you wish you make changes

Kindly proceed with the necessary changes.

The booking summary will show the actual fare for Corporate Full Flex. However, guest is required to pay only the fare difference which will be summarized at the payment page.

Contact & Traveller Details will need to be filled up again.

Meals, Seat Selection and Travel Insurance will need to be re-select again and click Confirm to proceed with payment page.

(Voluntary Move Flight)

GoShow* Exclusively available to Corporate Full Flex guests, ‘GoShow’ is the ability to standby to board an earlier flight on the same day and to the same destination without any additional charges, subject to seat availability once check-in closes for the particular flight. Flight change can be done only at the Premium Flex/service counter at the scheduled departing airport; on the same day of scheduled departure. Once the flight change applies, the existing seat and meal selection will be forfeited. Link Bookings To

Traveller’s BIG Shot ID

Scenario Example

• A confirmed booking was made via MyCorporate. However, traveller unable to see the booking in Manage My Booking (Web/Mobile)

• The following steps would assist traveller on how to link the booking via BIG Shot ID and make it appear in Manage My Booking for onwards actions e.g. flight change, ancillary add-ons, check-in etc.

IMPORTANT: During booking, kindly ensure the email address inserted in the Contact Details form matches the traveller’s BIG Shot account email address. If the email address does not match, traveller may: 1) Update the email

address of traveller’s existing BIG Shot account

2) Create a new BIG Shot account with the same email address in the Contact Details

Go to AirAsia.com and login to your BIG Shot account. Click on ‘Sign up now’ if you are not a member yet or if you wish to create a new BIG Shot account with a new email address.

Key in the registered BIG Shot ID email and password to access BIG Shot account.

Click My Bookings to view all bookings made with your email address.

Once Current Booking(s) When Not Logged-In list appears, click ‘Link’ to link the intended booking to the traveller’s BIG Shot ID. Once complete, you will be able to retrieve this booking in Manage My Booking via web/mobile.

• At times, user may face some difficulties in accessing or logging into MyCorporate website due to few IT-related reasons.

• If this happens, we urge you to clear cache/cookies/browsing history on your browser in order to be able to access MyCorporate website.

• If the same issue still persist after clearing cache, do email screenshot of the error to maa_corpsales@airasia.com

Google Chrome

Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data > Check box browsing history, download history, cookies, cached image and files & passwords. After clear, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Mozilla Firefox

Go to History > Clear Recent History > From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select Everything > Clear Now. After clear, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

Internet Explorer

(older version) : Go to Settings > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Check box delete browsing history on exit. After clear, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

(newer version) : Go to Tools > Safety > Delete Browsing History > Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select: Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies or Cookies and website data & History. Afterclear, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
