⺫⽬目的是很明確的數字,譬說我們的Exchange number,和所有關於operation的事情。達成⽅方式就是透過operation plan,⼀一步⼀一腳印地完成每⼀一件該做的事情。

思考LC前進,必須先釐清⺫⽬目的/⺫⽬目標是不同的,⼿手段/策略也是不同的舉動。

⺫⽬目標則是我們今年所要達成的⼤大⽅方向,達成的⽅方式就是透過策略,透過組織的改動達成⺫⽬目標

EX.我們要達infosession來⼀一百Leads,我要貼海報/全校信/FB channel/擺攤/

EX.Raise 3,我要打100CC,15meeting,5followup meeting
