AGM and Conference 2017

Hinsley Hall Leeds

1st – 3rd September

Some of us started to arrive for Registration at 2pm and so

were able to relax and chat with a cup of tea

Later, for those more energetic individuals, there was a

Pilates/Gentle Exercise session in the Margaret Clitheroe

Room (No pictures!)

After dinner, the executive committee had a meeting in the

John Wesley room while everybody else had coffee in the

Lounge and attempted the picture quiz.

Those of us who felt more agile tried some circle dancing led

by Irene Casey

The following morning, we all set out for a trip to Pontefract

organised by Lorraine Platt and Margaret Dolan.

Pontefract is a very interesting town but where are the cakes?

No excursion is complete without a visit to a tea shop!

Time to catch the coach back to Hinsley Hall for lunch

This is what is happening after lunch!

The Direct Members had their meeting while everybody else

enjoyed coffee and a chat in the lounge.

We then all gathered in the Margaret Clitheroe Room for a

talk by Sr Margaret Walsh SND entitled

‘ In the footsteps of St Julie’
