The Agilent fi lm holder accessory can be used to test the homogeneity of a sample, as it scans across the sample, measuring the %T or Abs as a function of distance. It is a versatile accessory, designed for use with the Agilent sample transport accessory. The fi lm holder accessory provides a vertical mounting capability for fi lms, gels, sheets of material or multiple fi lters, allowing photometric measurements across the sample, so a plot of photometric mode (A, %T) versus position along the sample can be easily generated. The fi lm holder accessory is equipped with a wide variety of mounting options, with the large number of mounting holes providing fl exibility in sample size.
