event is designed for participation by destination marketing
organisations, DMCs, convention bureaux, hotels, hotel groups,
hotel chains and other venues. Cost of participation in the
M&IT Agency Challenge is 7500 + VAT per organisation. This
includes accommodation at the 5-star Landmark Hotel, London, for up
to two staff for two nights each plus all meals and beverages
served with meals. Additional members of staff (over and above the
two included) will be charged at an additional 750 per person
including two nights accommodation each plus all meals and
beverages served with meals. A 50% deposit will be invoiced on
confirmation of booking and must be paid within 30 days to validate
participation. The 50% balance invoice will be raised two months
prior to the event and must be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to
the start date of the M&IT Agency Challenge to validate
participation. The 50% deposit invoice is non-refundable on
cancellation.
