Sales, CEMs, GMs, Practice Leads have their own incentive plans
Non-Employees
Must not conflict with current employment

Finding an opp in a company where we have not worked for over 1 year may qualify. Please contact marketing@affirmaconsulting.com to confirm.
Finding an opp in a large, enterprise company (such as Microsoft or Amazon) may qualify if the opportunity is in a group that Affirma has not done business in the past 1 year. Please contact marketing@affirmaconsulting.com to confirm.
Opportunities at companies where Affirma is currently doing business or have done business in the past 1 year does not qualify for this program.
Contract All contracts within 1 Year of initial contract
The actual pay outs may happen after the first year. However, all payments are limited to 2 years after the initial deal is closed for an organization.
3% of gross contract size (except for Staffing) $100k contract pays out $3k.
Staffing contracts pays 3% of profit (not gross contract size) to Affirma.
Paid out within 1 month of payment from client.
Referral fee is applicable to the person and department into which that Affiliate refers Affirma. Referral fee is not applicable to other departments in an enterprise organization. If the organization has more than 1,000 employees, please consult marketing@affirmaconsulting.com to define the boundaries of the department/organization.
Example: A referral into Microsoft by a Affiliate does not mean a referral will be paid on all Microsoft business by Affirma in the future. Only business with the specific organization/department is covered.
