PROJECT: Request for Qualifications for A & E Services for Interior
Administrative Office Space Study, Feasibility and Design
ADDENDUM DATED: May 14, 2019
DISTRIBUTION: To All Current RFP Holders
SUBJECT: Addendum No. 1 -RFQ Questions/Corrections
TO: All Request For Qualification Package Holders
Notice is hereby given to all RFQ Holders of record on this date that the following
ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 shall supplement and supersede (if in conflict) all documents
previously issued for the information of the respondents to the RFQ.
Clarity in the RFQ:
3.2.3 Delete paragraph seven: The A&E shall present the proposed Contract documents at
the 50% ……………as originally planned.
5.4 Attachments C, D, E, F, G, I, and J should be completed and submitted with the
proposal.
Note: A USB can be submitted as an alternative to a CD.
Questions:
1. Who was the workstation vendor in the previous TI?
a. Open Square
2. Is there a maximum number of pages that will be accepted in the proposal?
a. No, but we appreciate a reasonable amount.
3. Do you have a budget for the cost of the work?
a. No, the RFQ requires a feasibility analysis prior to proceeding with the work.

4. Will all staff be interviewed?
a. No, just in the TI areas.
5. What is the square feet of the TI area?
a. First floor has 2000 sq ft on West side and 3000 sq ft on East side
6. Are there any public areas included in the TI area?
a. No
7. Are you looking for design finishes to be similar to the previous TI?
a. Yes, we prefer the building to retain a cohesive interior
8. Are you adding staff?
a. No current plans for adding staff; however it may be prudent to consider for
future projections.
9. Who did the previous remodel?
a. Buffalo Design
