Acts 10 1 There was a certain man

in Caesarea called Cornelius, a

centurion of the band called the

Italian band,

Cornelius was a Gentile -- a Roman soldier.

He was an officer in charge of 100 soldiers.

He was in the Italian regiment -- 600 soldiers.

4

2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all

his house, which gave much alms to the

people, and prayed to God always.

He believed in the True and Living God;

the God of the Jews.

He followed the teachings of the Bible.

He was very generous to the poor Jews in the city.

He was faithful in prayer to the True God.

5

3 He saw in a vision evidently about

the ninth hour of the day (3 PM) an

angel of God coming in to him, and

saying unto him, Cornelius.

The ninth hour was one of the Jewish times of prayer.

Acts 3 1 Now Peter and John

went up together into the temple

at the hour of prayer, being the

ninth hour.

6

Cornelius was

praying, and an

angel appeared to

him in a vision.

4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and

said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy

prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial

before God.

7

God never forgets anything we do in His Name.

5 And now send men to

Joppa, and call for one

Simon, whose surname

is Peter: 6 He lodgeth

with one Simon a

tanner, whose house is

by the sea side: he shall

tell thee what thou

oughtest to do.

People ask "What about people who are born to a

pagan family, or Muslims, or Hindus?"

"They are born with a disadvantage."

They say, "It's not fair that God would send such

people to hell because they don't believe in the

God of the Bible and His Son, Jesus Christ."

Cornelius was just such a man.

10

But he was a man who sought Truth.

He was a man who saw creation, and knew

that there had to be a Creator.

God made certain that he found The Truth.

11

Matthew 7 7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you;

seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be

opened unto you: For every one that asketh

receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him

that knocketh it shall be opened.

Anyone who seeks God with true desire will

find Him, and God will save that person.

The Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

will be revealed to him or her.

Even if God has to send an angel.

12

Revelation 22 17 And the Spirit and the bride

say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come.

And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever

will, let him take the water of life freely.

Anyone who will be saved

Can be saved.
