Accessing Your Titan Direct Access Pearson Courseware Materials for CHEM 120A/CHEM 120B/CHEM 125/BIO 361

This article covers how students in CHEM 120A, CHEM 120B, CHEM 125, and BIO 361 can access their Pearson courseware materials through Titan Direct Access using the Titan Shops Payment Plan.

If you do NOT want to participate in the Titan Direct Access program for a course, you will need to Opt-Out.

If you choose to Opt-Out, and do not want to take advantage of the special pricing, you will need to purchase materials elsewhere on your own. If you have any questions about the Titan Direct Access program you can contact the bookstore at coursematerials@fullerton.edu.

After the last day to add/drop courses, you will be charged for your textbooks if you have not opted out (even if you have not accessed the textbooks).

View the campus Registration Calendar to find out when the last day to add/drop courses is for the current semester.

1. Log in to the campus portal. View the Logging into the Campus Portal article for more details.

2. Click View Course Material in the My Courses section.

If you want to opt-out, you can choose Click here to opt-out.

3. Click Proceed.

To opt-out of Titan Direct Access, you can click Opt-Out instead.

4. Enter your student email address and then click Continue.

4.1. If you have not created a Bookshelf account in the past, you'll need to enter your name and then create a password and a security question. Then click Finish.

5. Click on the Click here to reveal link at the top right of the window.

When the textbook opens, click on the Click here to reveal link at the top right of the window to reveal the access code.

6. Click Continue.

Please note that this applies to CHEM 120A, CHEM 120B, CHEM 125, and BIO361 courses.

7. Click Reveal Access Code.

Please note that the materials cannot be refunded once the access code is revealed.

8. Click Copy and then click Visit Website.

The Visit Website link should open in a new tab so you will be able to get back to this screen to re-copy your code if needed.

1. Click Copy to copy the access code to your clipboard. 2. Then click Visit Website.

9. Log in to your existing Pearson account or register for a new account. Follow the prompts to finalize your access.

If you have used digital course materials through Pearson as part of Titan Direct Access before, you should have an account.

1. Click Sign In if you have an existing Pearson account. 2. Click Student if you do not have an existing Pearson account.

10. You will receive an email from Titan Shops about the next steps for payment after the last day to add/drop courses. After the last day to add/drop courses, you will receive an email from Titan Shops with information on how to pay for the digital course materials you have access to through Titan Direct Access.
