Take a few minutes to discuss any issues you and your team faced while conducting this review. For example, several districts noticed that when cutting and pasting sections from the IEP, they were limited to 11 lines of text in the online review text boxes.

Please highlight those problems AND anything you found particularly helpful as you conducted the review. You may type your responses and questions in the text box at any time.

THANK YOU!

We appreciate your input and feedback.

Areas of need for your district may be by seen by responses in disability categories or by area of the IEP Review Checklist. This review indicates a need in the areas of Education/Training Goals and services for youth with CD. These suggest areas in which to investigate possible trends.

1) After reviewing your I-13 Report for trends in responses, read individual reviews to identify areas of improvement

2) Review district-wide/LEA resources and training supports for secondary transition educators and IEP team members (specialist, students, families. etc.)

3) Review the CCTS website: www.seattleu.edu/ccts to access resources that match your district/LEA’s areas of needs. The Transition Training Modules is a free tool that all secondary educators may review annually!
