is there potential for one) • Is the business model realistic, scalable and strong both in setup and revenue streams

(or is there potential for making it) • Is there a favorable market situation (growth/decline, barriers, patentability, disruption

potential, attractive competitive situation)

2. Can they do it? • Do the teams competences match the company’s situation the coming 6-12 months • Are they coachable for Accelerace • Are they focused on this case (not other major engagements/jobs, not 1000 other ideas) • Do they have the required capital for the coming 6-12 months and/or to reach ”the next

level”

3. Can it become big? • Do you believe that THIS case can scale sufficiently to become a growth entrepreneur • Do you believe that THIS is a potential investment case for Accelerace? • Do you believe THIS case can become attractive for venture capital? • Would YOU invest?
