Intervention:AdvisingInteractionInadditiontothe outreach,allstudentsinthetreatmentgroupwillberequiredtoattenda30-minuteadvisingmeeting.Theadvisingsessionisaninteractivedialoguethroughwhichtheycanclarifytheiracademicandcareergoalsanddevelopaplanofactionformeetingthesegoals. Advisorswillhavea“toolbox”toguidetheirsession.The“toolbox”willincludeaconversationpromptwithguidingquestionsforeightcoreperformanceareas;advisorswillidentifywhichperformanceareasrequireattentionandusetheguidingquestionsalignedwiththeseareastolaunchtheconversationwiththestudent.CareerCoaching:AllsubsequentCareerCoachingisreferredtoCareerServices.TheresultsofthestudentsJobzology/MCPassessmenttypicallyundergirdsthediscussion.
