Aberdeen Foyer DevelopmentStarted in 1992 as an initiative by Grampian Regional Council to improve the co-ordination and delivery of services to young people who were:

• Homeless/roofless

• Unemployed

• In poor health

• Lacked information

• Lacked training/education

• Lacked confidence and

motivation
