Our Process – Typical Design Development

We understand your business and can partner with you to meet the vision of each project. Below shows typical strategy for our design/development process. We begin your hospitality design by gathering together the various pieces of your project's persona; your brand, your product, your site, your vision. From there we can either develop a traditional design package for competitive bid (including recommended contractors) or work toward and

integrated design solution that takes the design all the way through production and installation. An example of our Integrated Design Solution is: Vision Planning

• Create the narrative foundation that will guide your project through all phases of development.

• Capture and articulate your project objectives and goals.

Schematic Design

• Package the vision in a conceptual format.

• Multiple options may be presented.

• Identify scope of work. – vision, timeline and budget

Design Development

• Turn the creative vision into the practical designs, strategies and plans necessary to build and produce your project.

• Establish a high-level cost estimate of entire project.

• Determine a high-level timeline based on project scope .

Construction, Production & Installation

• Produce project within the proposed timeline. presented.

• Acquire project art – or create as per design plan.

• Create final art, graphics and branding elements.

• Custom frame and apply required hanging hardware.

• Manage shipment and installation of the project to ensure best price to meet project goals.
