medicine with veterinary
medicine.
The FAZD Center
convened a task
force of leading
experts in
influenza.
It studied 2009’s
H1N1 flu pandemic
from a One Health
perspective.
• Improved vaccines.
• Better surveillance.
• Earlier detection.
• New tools to interrupt
transmission.
• Applying new
molecular biological
techniques.
• Cultivating
collaborations between
agencies on One Health
approaches.
