Meanwhile, Matt Aller begins working with Hilton on natural products through his design firm, Aller & Rasmussen.

In April of 1997 Integrated Marketing Group is co-founded by Hilton and

Aller.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without IMG’s first

employee, current business manager and MVP, Melanee Brown.

The small agency starts offering marketing and creative services to
