Distribution:

Yearbooks are expected to be

delivered to the Battalion

around the end of November.

Yearbooks will be distributed to Company XOs

for distribution to Soldiers who ordered them. If

you requested and paid

for shipping, the year-

book will be shipped.

The Family member can

authorize a Soldier to pickup

the yearbook, if they opt out

of paying for shipping. This

request needs to be anno-

tated on the order from.

The Battalion will not ship the yearbook unless

additional funds are received.

Cost:

$25.00 before 1 July

$30.00 after 1 July thru 1 Aug

$35.00 after 1 Aug

(If you request shipping it is an additional $10 per book)

Ordering Procedures:

Deployed Soldiers: Turn in Order Form to CO XO

Family and Friends: 3 Ordering Options

1. Fill out order form, sign, digitally scan, and email to:

stephanie.stressman@afghan.swa.army.mil

2. Fill out form digitally, attach, and email the request. Email

will be used as your signature.

3. Turn in order form to Rear D Commander CPT Witucki.

Upon receipt of your order form, you will receive an email

within 72 hours on how to pay using our online secure Pay-

Pal service. You do not have to have a PayPal account. You

can use PayPal, credit card or debit card as the only forms of

payment. The payment method is safe, secure, and fast. Cash

or check are not authorized forms of payment

All orders placed by 1 July have until 5 July to pay

the $25 price. Orders placed from 2 July until 1 Au-

gust have until 5 August to pay at the $30 price.

Orders placed from 2 August to 1 September have

until 5 September to pay. If not paid by each dead-

line, order will be canceled and a new order form

has to be submitted for new price. No orders will be

accepted after 1 September. Only domestic shipping.

All unpaid orders will be cancelled. If shipping is not paid,

yearbook will not be shipped and individual will be re-

sponsible to designate someone to pick it up.

NO Refunds.
