2. Go interview people with money

• STOP COMING UP WITH YOUR OWN IDEAS. You must solve real problems.• MONEY MAKING QUESTION:

“What’s the #1 thing keeping you up at 3am?” • Ask what the solution is worth to

them ($$$). Can they afford it?

3. Write up a clear solution for it

• Hire people on eLance (worldwide) or Craigslist (local)• Mark up your cost 100% - what

you charge.• SOLUTION must be worth more

than PRICE. If so, BINGO!

4. Create a simple business model

• Don’t trade money for your time• Sell the result, not hours!• Upfront fee with monthly debit• Package the service – no itemization.

Jam as much value into the fee to eliminate price competition.• Create a simple 1 page contract

6.) Ask your “Mets” for referrals

• Build a list of everyone you know.• Ask if they know anyone with the

problem.• Ask for an introduction.• Offer them a commission on the

sale.

7.) Set Appointments with Your “Haven’t Mets”

1. Buy or compile a list of your ideal customers
