The good parts from the 2-unit Pebble Springs Nuclear Plant (SE of Arlington, OR) proposal, 1975. Plant was cancelled along with Boardman following the passing of a state law prohibiting construction of nuclear facilities. Unfortunate, because Boardman became a massive coal plant instead.
