Leader … A person who leads a group, organization or country.

“ It is consider how previous learning and experience influences the speed and accuracy with which a leader can assess the situation, and subsequently determine the most appropriate course of action.”

Leadership … is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen.

When you become a leader, you must be well convinced on following question.

Are they an asset or liability ?

Those of guys will say always “Yes”

You can not make a good deal with a bad person.

It is easier to stay out of trouble than it is to get out of trouble.

It takes twenty years to build a reputation and five minutes to lose it. If you think about that, you will do things differently.

It is not necessary to do extraordinary things to get extraordinary results.
