I salute to the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers – Mandaue Chapter on the occasion of its 4th General Membership Assembly, Technical Seminar and Induction Ceremony on the 12th day of December 2009. I acknowledge the important role of the PSME-Mandaue Chapter to the continued growth of mechanical engineering profession.

I believe that exchanging ideas and experiences of members in conferences and technical seminars would certainly enrich and upgrade the knowledge of mechanical engineering practitioners. Indeed the PSME is instrumental in providing direct assistance and continuous education for its members and promote fellowship, unity and cooperation among its. Members.

For me the theme “Celebrating Achievement, Pursuing Opportunities, Rising to the challenge as one” inspires a good thought of continued excellence, unity and integrity in the practice of mechanical profession.
