No Pain, No Gain.

ACTUALLY…

If your exercise routine is causing you pain beyond simple muscle

soreness, it’s not a good thing.

Listen to your body.

Seek medical help if you’re in pain.

MYTH #2

Going to the Doctor won’t help

ACTUALLY…

A physician or pain management specialist can help you craft a

plan for managing your pain and get you on track to a better life.

MYTH #3

Pain Meds are Addictive & I shouldn’t take them.

ACTUALLY…

Pain meds can be very helpful in managing pain if they’re used

responsibly.

MYTH #4

Every Type of pain can be fully cured.

ACTUALLY…

Not all forms of pain can be completely cured.

CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) is an example.

But you can create a plan to manage the pain.
