Designed to pull broken extrusions out of press

Device has to pull back and lift out of way when not in use

Powered Roller Sections for Saw Table Exit Conveyors

All components modeled in SolidWorks

Roller sections designed to replace unpowered rollers

Each section had to be self contained to allow for easy replacement in existing systems

Adjustable Lead out Table for Aluminum Extrusion Press

All components modeled in SolidWorks

New table designed so that front and back raise and lower independently

Rear table lowers allowing front table to slide horizontally

All movement hydraulically controlled

Adjustable TransitionTable for Aluminum Extrusion Press

Transition table fills gap between lead out table and slat conveyor

Table raises and lowers wit hand wheel

Designed to fit on existing slat conveyor frame

Fan Housing in Coal Fired Power Plant All components modeled in SolidWorks

Housing created from old pencil drawing so the structure could be analyzed by a structural engineer his structural analysis software

Wheel Orientation Device for CNC Machining Cell

Modeled in Pro/Engineer

Designed for wheel manufacturer to orient wheel properly before it enters the CNC cell

Rocker system allows one wheel at a time into gripers that center wheel.

Mechanism lifts and rotates wheel so sensor can locate wheel for machining

Flue Gas Duct Assembly for Regional Energy Company Modeled in Pro/Engineer

Created to confirm new structural steel design (in red) with existing duct work.

Allowed structural engineer to prove design to customer in less time than previous projects

Low Profile Lifting Mechanism forAluminum Extrusion Press Lift Bed Modeled in Pro/Engineer

Design was created with flexibility to test feasibility of concept

Animated movie created to show client how design worked
