Common areas to watch out for:• Reflections in windows, particularly around alfresco areas,
are often seen in photos taken by Agents and beginners• Watch out for wall hung pictures that can act like mirrors• Shower screens are often one area that may catch you out!
Remember to look out for your flash – after taking the photo – in the camera’s preview screen...

Ask your Owners/tenants to clean up...BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!
.
• Give them a check list so it’s a simple ‘tick the box’ clean up before you arrive to take your photos
• Move things as necessary when taking your photos – don’t be afraid to try a bit of “home staging”
• Make sure they’ve moved the cars out of the front yard of the house, so buyers can see the full front view

No. 3 – Dark Rooms
Light and bright rooms sell houses! Here’s some ideas to help you achieve them:• Open up the curtains and turn on the room lights• Surprise! Don’t always use your flash. Put your camera on a
tripod and use the natural light to avoid uneven flash lighting• Adjust your camera settings to help things along for better
results – for example, try using a “night setting” for dark media rooms or a different ISO setting for dull areas
