Sugar truly is addictive: Your body reacts to it like a drug and craves it constantly. What we‘re asking you to do is to quit - cold turkey.‘
This means for the first three days, breakfast consists of eggs - juices or salads - We gave you 12 neals to mix and play with throughout the 3 days. Juice all day or maybe just once, its‘s up to you.
While we admit sticking to the plan is not easy, we believe going ‚cold turkey‘ and cutting out all sugar - in-cluding that found in fruit - for three days is necessary to set people on the right path.
It’s true that the Three-Day Sugar Fix doesn’t allow you any bread, rice, or
pasta, but that is because starchy carbohydrates
are a major contributor to sugar addiction. But most
importantly not paleo.
We replace them with good carbohydrates that
are full of fiber, come from vegetables, and can actually
help lower your blood sugar.

4 organic eggs1 tsp coconut oil
1 carrot, chopped1 cup chopped leeks
1/2 lb sausage4 cups of spinach
1 garlic clove minced

Add coconut oil to a heated pan.
Add leeks, carrots and garlic. Sautee until translucent
Add sausage and cook until browned.
In a separate pan fry 4 eggs.
Reduce heat and toss in spinach. Cook until spinach has wilted.

In a blender blend until smooth.

Spoon the flesh of an avocado in the blender.
Wash remove core and stem of pear and place remaining pear into blender.
Peel cucumber and place in blender.
Wash kale. In the same blender, add kale, and coconut milk and blend on
high until perfectly smooth for about 3 minutes.
2 Organic eggs
2 strips of pre-cooked bacon
1/2 cup chopped chopped spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp tomatoes
2 Tbsp avocado
1 Tbsp chives10
1 cup kale
1 ripe avocado
1 cup ice
½ cup coconut milk
½ cucumber
1 ripe pear

Baste a large microwave-safe mug with coconut oil Add Spinach and
mushrooms and microwave for 1-2 min (until veggies are soft)
Blot any excess moisture from the veggies. Add eggs, tomatoes, bacon,
chives, mix well, and then microwave for 1 min
Lightly stir and allow to cool slightly Add avocado and enjoy

4 Organic boneless chicken breast4 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup Marsla wine
1/4 cup cooking sherry1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp thyme leaves1/2 tsp dried oreganos

In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, pepper and oregano.
Coat chicken in almond flour mixture.
Take a large skillet add coconut oil over medium heat.
Place the chicken and lightly brown
Reduce heat and toss in spinach. Cook until spinach has wilted.

1 Tbsp raw honey2 cups ice

Place all ingredients into a blender
Process on high until a smooth consistency is achieved
Pour into a glass and Enjoy!

THe PRePARATIOn
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend or pulse until smooth and well-blended.
Serve smoothie in a glass.
If desired, top with coconut shavings, slivered almonds and fresh strawberry
slices.
1 Whole Chopped Butternut Squash
3 Tablespoons Coconut OIl
5 Ounces Spinach
2 Tablespoons Chopped Shallots
2 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries
1 Tablespoons Raisins
1 Cup Balsamic 10
1 cup spinach
10 strawberries
½ cup blueberries
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon sun butter
1 teaspoon honey
1 bana 1 banana

THe PRePARATIOn
Mix butternut squash, coconut oil, salt, and pepper together.
Lay out evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375F for about 30 minutes until squash begins to brown.
Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
Add Cooked squash, shallots, rasins, cranberries.
Toss balsamic vinegar and serve.

THe PRePARATIOn
Combine all the ingredients into a blender
Blend on high until a smooth drink is made.
Serve and Enjoy!
4 Handfuls kale
1 handful red cab-bage
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Organic Honey
3 Cloves of garlic10
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen or-ganic blueberries
1/4 cup pecans
1 Tbsp organic raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 bana 1 cup ice

Remove Steams from Kale, chop and place into a Large bowl
Chop Red cabbage and place into the Large bowl
Mince garlic and place in a separate small bowl
Add olive oil, balsamic oil, and organic honey with the garlic and mix
thoroughly
Mix everything Together and Enjoy your Paleo Salad!.

THe PRePARATIOn
Chop everything
Juice all ingredients
Enjoy your Paleo Juice!
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
4 springs rosemary
2 cloves garlic minced

4 Kale leaves
1 bunch of parsley
1 Lime

THe PRePARATIOn
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic cloves.
In a ziplock bag pour lemon juice mixture into bag.
Place fillets into ziploc bag and marinate for a minimum of 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fillets on baking sheet skin side down.
Cook for 20-25 minutes and Enjoy!

The only snacks allowed over the three days inclu-de nuts and pepper sticks with hummus and you can
only drink green/herbal tea and one black coffee with no
added sugar per day (along with lots of water that can be jazzed up with
a slice of lime).
After the first three days,we recommend a 90 day paleo eating plan, with recipes to help you maintain a low sugar paleo diet. We offer advice on how to avoid su-gar when eating out and how you can still enjoy some of your favou-rite treats by com-bining them with cer-tain sugar-burning foods.
