Each Southeastern Conferencemember institution is expected to organize oneexhibitboothtocreatetheUniversityExhibitHallattheSECAcademicConference.ThemaingoaloftheExhibitHallistoalloweachinstitutiontoprovideadditionalinformationregardingitsworkintheSECAcademicConference’ssubjectmatter,therebycomplimentingtheformalpresentationsbytheuniversity’sfaculty.Informationavailableattheexhibitboothshouldfocusontheconferencetheme,CyberSecurity:ASharedResponsibilityandshouldbeofinteresttoundergraduateandgraduatestudents,faculty,andexternalstakeholders.Universitiesmayhavesomeone stationed at their exhibit booths or simply provide items that can bepickedup.TheanticipatedSECAcademicConferenceattendanceisapproximately350,buteveryonemaynotvisittheexhibitionhallorpickupmaterials.Uniquetothisyear’sconference,exhibitboothsandposterpresentationswillbecombined in order to increase visibility and maximize venue space. Posterpresentationswillbedisplayednexttotheexhibitboothfromtheircorrespondinguniversity.Seediagrambelowforexample.TheExhibitionHallwillbelocatedintheLegacyandGovernor’sRoomsoftheHotelatAuburnUniversityandDixonConferenceCenter.Itwillbeopenfrom3p.m.to5p.m.onSunday,April8th,from7:30a.m.to5p.m.onMonday,April9th,andfrom7:30a.m.tonoon.onTuesday,April10th.OnMonday,April9thfrom4p.m.to5p.m.,therewillbeanexhibitorandpostercompetitionreceptionintheExhibitionHall.

UniversitiesshouldbeawareofthefollowingregardingtheSECAcademicConferenceUniversityExhibitionHall:

• UniversitiesmaysetupexhibitboothsintheLegacyandGovernor’sRoomsfrom8a.m.to2p.m.onSunday,April8th.Allexhibitboothsmustbedismantlednolaterthan5p.m.onTuesday,April10th.

• Eachuniversitywillbeassignedone6’x20’boothfortheirexhibitandposterpresentationequippedwiththeitemslistedbelow.Imagesofroomlayoutandsampledisplayboothsareincludedonthethirdpageofthisdocument.Boothlocationassignmentswillbemadeatrandomandconfirmedatalaterdate.

• Valuableitemsshouldberemovednightly.
