Tournament features:
Morning and afternoon shotgun tee
times are available on a first-come, first-
served basis. Morning shotgun is at 8 and
afternoon shotgun is at 1:15. All golfers
will enjoy a day of golf with exclusive on-
and-off course volunteer hospitality, golfer
gifts, on-course contests and a barbeque
lunch. Following a day of golf, guests
can unwind and enjoy cocktails, a festive
awards reception and a New England-style
lobster bake.
The Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s
Hospital at Albany Med, the only
children’s hospital in our region, provides
comprehensive care for children who
come to this state-of-the-art facility from
throughout northeastern New York and
western New England. Proceeds enable
our children’s hospital to sustain the
programs, services and people relied

The IRS requires Albany Medical Center Foundation to deduct for your tax statement the value of goods or services related to each sponsorship package. Your public recognition, however, remains the full amount of your sponsorship.
*Sponsorship pledge forms or payment must be received no later than August 22, 2016, to ensure inclusion on event materials.
