Answer: once a week. Go ahead and send links to articles of interest, announcements of events, news on your volunteer activities, mention upcoming/past interview without revealing the company name.

Join some groups that have characteristics of lots of activity, large numbers, people that you’ll admire. For me it’ll be searching for things like honesty, smart phones, android, ipad, wireless communications, cloud services, virtualization.
